Erin Johnson, LPC, LMFT is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in individual and couples therapy. Since graduating from the University of Virginia in 1984, with a Master's in Education in Counseling, she has worked with at risk adolescents and families, directed a counseling center, started her own private practice, and co-founded a professional training institute. Erin joined Charlottesville Psychological Associates in 2000. She appreciates the courage it takes for people to seek counseling, and enjoys helping her clients develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion as they address the problems that are impacting their life. Erin offers clinical supervision for LPC licensure candidates. She also provides professional training in The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music through the Integrative Music Institute.
